About Sandra Birkett

Being an educator, raising my family as part of a small tight knit island community, involvement in local government and my love for the state of Maine all lead to a career in real estate. My experiences on the local planning board, being a home owner, a landlord and part of an LLC are just a few expereinces that led me to have such a strong interest in property ownership, property investment and local development. 

There are so many people and places that I love in Maine, the transition to becoming a realtor seemed to be a natural fit. So far, I have enjoyed the people I have had the pleasure to meet and have discovered many new places to explore. Navigating the coast, skiing in the mountains, camping along lake shores are all things I enjoy about living here. Photography, jewerly making, painting, writing and gardening keep me busy in between visits from my family.

With my children being grown (the youngest a sophmore at UMO) I now have even more time to devote to my clients, to help them find their own place in Maine, a place to call home, a space to renew in a state worth investing in. Please feel free to reach out any time for all things real estate related.
